I think this means you need to do something that you don't want to do. For example, if you "friends" tell you to smoke with them you need to say no even if your the only one not smoking from your groups you CTR (Choose the right) and that's all that matters. And if you do it you will light up others that have the same problem like you. That's why you need to look for friends that CTR (Choose the right) and do not smoke,get in trouble,drink alcohol, and ect.. This is why you need to CTR always to get a good future.
